If a guest cancels prior to 48 hours of arrival day, the deposit taken upfront will be refundable. Please note that during peak holiday periods, our cancellation timeframe to receive refund and waive fees is "Fourteen Days". Peak Periods include; All Australian School Holidays, Public Holidays and long weekends.
For telephone or email bookings, every effort is made to accurately describe the accommodation however management will not accept or be held liable for any misinterpretation that may occur.
The guest shall be held liable for any damage to/or loss of property that may occur in the apartment or common area during their stay.
At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged the amount of the first night. Upon receipt of deposit a confirmation of your booking will be emailed with a copy of our trust receipt.
