If you are ready to discover Gold Coast, simply visit our tour desk and they will gladly give you suggestions. Whether you are looking for natural attractions or family attractions, all are within easy reach.

But if you truly want to discover Gold Coast, make sure to also visit the local markets where you will meet locals and witness something unique.

Below are three local markets you should visit.

Beachfront Art and Craft Markets
Running for over 31 years, the original and still the best Gold Coast market is held every Sunday on different areas one of which is at Burleigh Heads. The market showcases 150 stalls that features  arts, crafts, and several Australian-made products.

This year, their schedule are as follows:
28 February 2016
27 March 2016
24 April 2016
29 May 2016
26 June 2016

Beachfront Art and Craft Markets is located at Justin's Park, Burleigh Heads 1750 Gold Coast Highway Burleigh Heads.

The Village Markets
Consisting of collaborative and creative community, The Village Markets is not your typical market. It provides a platform for artists, creatives, culture seekers, designers, foodies, musicians, and small businesses to introduce and sell their items. So anywhere you look you'll see nothing but unique creations. Besides these, the market also features food trucks and some local music.

Catch them every first and third Sunday of the month from 8:30am to 1pm at the Burleigh Heads State School.

Chinatown Street Markets
For everything Asian, head to the Gold Coast Chinatown in Southport. The market not only features Asian inspired food but entertainment and cultural celebrations as well.

The market is held  every first Saturday of every second month from 4pm to 9:30pm. Catch them on:
5 March 2016
7 May 2016
2 July 2016
3 September 2016
5 November 2016
