Brilliant experience, friendly and helpful staff. Secure private parking and a 30 second walk to the beach . Shops aren't too far away walking distance. Very neat and tidy apartment with a little space and a functional kitchen.

Prime Location: Steps from the beach, with cafes, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Perfect for those who want to ditch the car and immerse themselves in the beachside lifestyle. Responsive Hosts: Eric and Nikki were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing local recommendations and ensuring our stay was seamless. Comfortable and Stylish: The unit was tastefully decorated with modern amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The powerful air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. Peaceful and Quiet: Despite being close to the beach, the unit was surprisingly quiet, offering a tranquil escape after a day of exploring. Convenient Parking: On-site parking was a huge plus, especially considering the limited street parking options in the area.

Amazing stay. Eric and Nikki were the kindest landlords and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible. Couldn't recommend staying here enough, and we can't wait to be back!

Clean rooms with plenty of space. Nice and quiet. Perfect location, meters walk from the patrolled beaches and cafes. Fantastic heated spa and pool area. Great value for money. Eric and Nikki went above and beyond throughout our stay at Burleigh, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back and extremely looking forward to our next stay! Really good space in the apartment, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable bed and sofa. Communications were clear and easy around checking in, as we were arriving outside of office hours.

On arrival we were met by Nikki. What a beautiful lady. Very bubbly just like my sister & I. Gave us a map of the area highlighting shops, cafes etc. so informative & pleasant arrival. Our room 15 had view of the trees with water views. Room was cooled as it was hot. Bed comfortable & kitchen had all that we needed. Balcony was spacious. A great location!! Turn left cross the road & there you are on the beach! There is a heated pool & spa, opened until 9.00pm. We took the advantage of a night swim.

Great location, close to the beach. Managers on-site very friendly and helpful. Very secure property with undercover parking. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

The management were very friendly and helpful i would recommend this place at a reasonable price. It’s handy location to the beach. Great outdoor swimming pool heated and very warm spar pool,the sun being on the pool most of the day.

What a lovely couple Eric and Nikki are. They are thoughtful and helpful with a perfect attitude for this kind of business. We have stayed four times so far this year while I have undergone surgeries. Our stay has been comfortable each time. The apartments are clean and well appointed. They have just what we need. Special mention about Shaun ( Sean?) and the pride he takes in his work, leaving everything sparkling and clean and he has a good attitude when dealing with customers. Location wise the apartments are convenient to the shops and beach and we will come back and have been recommending it. Keep up the good work guys. From Melisa & Tony

We have just enjoyed a family holiday here - 4 couples and 2 children (3 generations) each with our own one or two bdrm accomm in this smaller (by Gold Coast standards) complex. Excellent rooms, great location, nice pool and bbq area, and the best ever management who really want you to enjoy your stay. We did!!

Lovely location and facilities. Poolwas brilliant, location was great close to the beach and walking distance to burleigh heads and Miami. Hotel was really clean and tidy. Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

If you want a comfortable, friendly, genuine place, you cant go wrong with Burleigh on the beach.
Superb location - half block from beach, main road for buses and car access, 20 mins from airport, 10 mins from surfers, and a walk to all that Burleigh has to offer. The place is older than most, but more than makes up for it with really nice genuine people looking after it, and similarly, other great guests. it probably only has 25 rooms so its not a sprawling megalithic place, but it has everything you need, including secure parking. Lovely complex great managers, lovely welcome as we arrived. Easy walk to the local surf club for great food. No need to wash up. Everything in the unit for creating your own dinners. Happy to return.

We enjoyed the whole experience. The location was great, the public transport was excellent and the beach was amazing. Eric and Nikki were excellent hosts. We did hire a car and the parking facilities were great.

A great balance of accessibility, amenities, comfort and value-for-money
Positive: Location was great and very close to the beach at Burleigh Heads. The amenities provided were a huge bonus, and the kitchen was very well equipped. In addition, the staff, Eric and Nikki, were awesome and very friendly. Negative: Everything went smoothly. There was nothing to complain about.

Great location and resort
Perfect location for beach and amenities including, cafes, shops and supermarkets. Staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and communicative including prior to arrival. Extremely clean and well presented apartment on arrival. Quiet and relaxing complex perfect for couples or family.

great place to stay, Betty and the staff are great always listening to us. very clean and comfortable we will be back there. there is a great pool there just for relaxation and reading. the position is awesome just a 15 minute walk to centre Burleigh Heads

We had a wonderful stay here in our honeymoon and will hopefully be coming back in the near future with the kids :)
Positive: Myself & my wife stayed here for 6 days of our honeymoon trip and absolutely loved it. The owners are so lovely, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, pool was great and location was perfect. Negative: bed was a little hard.

Positive: The apartment was super clean and reasonably private. I felt very welcomed by the manager and she was extremely accommodating. I found that communication was excellent. The complex was excellent for travellers and families. The apartment was very comfortable. Parking facilities were excellent. I also felt very secure in the apartment as the complex had a very good security system. Negative: No comment here.

A great place to stay for the fourth year in a row. Affordable, so well presented and clean, wonderful pool and spa, good size rooms (we have now stayed in the 1brm, 1brm plus sofa bed and 2 brm plus sofa) and a very short walk to the beach with patrolled beach straight across the road. Excellent restaurants across Gold Coast Hwy and easy walk to main area of Burleigh. Everything you need is within walking distance.

This place is absolutely perfect! Betty & Rob are the most accommodating managers, nothing too much trouble. I was quite tired on arrival & Betty arranged a very early check in. I was so very grateful for this - excellent way to start my 6 night stay - especially as they were at full capacity. My room was impeccable, private, quiet with all the home comforts. The apartment is spacious with a lovely comfy bed, lounge, outdoor seating and plush pillows. Only a 5 minute walk to the patrolled beach & an easy stroll to the Main Street of Burleigh with all the awesome food venues, surf clubs and quaint shops. I’ll be back! Positive: Thank goodness, the room was not fitted with carpet. I had a nasty experience on my last visit to the Gold Coast where the place I booked to stay was infested with fleas. Betty and Rob, the Managers, were very nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

Spotless accommodation close to the beach
Positive: This was the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless! It seems like the housekeeping staff really care about keeping the place meticulously clean. Betty was lovely too and even stored our luggage for us at reception for a few hours after we checked out. We loved staying two-minutes' walk from the beach and the apartment had everything we needed. We'll be back!.

Positive: The apartment was beautiful and so clean. Comfy bed and pillows, an immediate sense of feeling at home with well appointed kitchen, laundry amenities were good quality and so convenient. Betty and Rob are so helpful and friendly and really do everything to make sure your stay is so wonderful. Location is perfect, a quick walk to the beach and there’s some fantastic dining nearby. Highly recommend Willow, a tapas bar a very short walk from the apartments, thank you Rob for the recommendation! We enjoyed the gym facilities too, so convenient to be able to pop down and get a workout in before going about your day:) Burleigh is such a quiet picturesque place to relax and unwind. I’ve already booked for us to return, it was an incredible 8 days. We can’t wait to come back!!.

The perfect place to both relax and explore Burleigh!
Positive: This was such a wonderful place to stay! the location was perfect… the beach front is just outside your door and it’s a short walk to so many wonderful cafes/restaurants. The national park is only about 10 minutes walking distance. The room itself is very spacious and clean and the staff were friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!.

My family of 4 and I had a wonderful stay at Burleigh on the Beach. Service was great and Betty couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was on the top floor and very clean with all ammenities including a spa on the upstairs balcony. A short stroll to the beach with a small set of shops including a Coles a short walk away not to mention a couple of breweries and a distillery! Burleigh Heads shopping area not too far away and a good Farmers Market a short distance away on a Saturday. It's a short bus ride to the tram and then Surfers if you like that kind of thing and less than half an hour to the airport. Highly recommended.

Simple, friendly, quiet and lovely
Great to meet Betty, who was super kind and helpful. Stayed here for four nights for a weekend wedding. Had everything we needed. As with most places along the motorway it can be noisy at times, but we closed the back door and had a fan and aircon, so many options! Quiet complex with a mix of owners and renters. Close to awesome beaches and 10min walk from coles and 20mins down to the main Burleigh cafe/shopping strip. Value for money in an overpriced Gold Coast world. Highly recommended. Thanks Betty, we'll keep you in mind next visit!

Top quality apartment with good pricing
Positive: Loved the pricing on this unit and so close to the beach. I was concerned the road noise would be an issue but the windows are double glazed. The unit is very big and spacious so you have room to spread out. Wifi connection was fantastic with unlimited data. Loved the fact it had a washer and dryer, made it easy to stay on top of our washing. Very close to the beach and eateries. Property manager Betty was super helpful and very friendly. Really like the secure car parking below, we decided to leave our car there and walk everywhere. Unit is also tastefully decorated and has air con in the lounge and a fan in the bedroom, which was all we needed. Negative: There is nothing not to like with this place. It's really nice and a great place. Would definitely stay again.

The cleanliness of this complex was outstanding. So much effort has been put in to ensure the rooms and surrounding areas are perfect for its guests. The pool was so inviting and a lovely temperature. We loved how close the apartment was to the beach!

Lovely accommodation with such friendly hosts. So close to the beach and an assortment of great eateries just a stones throw away. If you are a bit of a light sleeper, remember to request a dwelling on the far side from the highway!

Excellent accommodation a little further away from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise. Easy access just off the main highway that cuts through all of Gold Coast, and only a short walk to the nearby beach as well as a selection of great eateries close by. Hosts were lovely and provided so much helpful advise during our stay.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The apartments are a credit to management spotlessly clean. Betty and Rob were so helpful in recommending car rental for us which we found great and a lot cheaper than other rental companies. Good location to beach and public transport if needed and we certainly hope to return in the near future.

We were very happy with our proximity to the beach and access to main thoroughfares to local tourist attractions. There were many restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. The apartment was very well presented and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Inclusion of private parking was fantastic for us and the pool was nice.

Great location, close to amazing cafe with great coffee and food, not far from shops and really close to beach. Facility was nice and tidy when we arrived and access and checking out we're seemless. Internet access was fantastic as well.
