Terms and Conditions

Extra Persons (adult/child): Extra persons are $15 per night ($20 for 2 bedroom)

Deposits: Advance bookings require a deposit of $150 (High $220) per week 
or part thereof booking within seven days of Reservation, and balance payable on arrival.  Cheques not accepted for payment on arrival. 

Cancellations: Specials 14 days notice, refund of deposit less $30 admin fee. 
Low Season: 7 days notice, refund of deposit less $30 admin fee. 
High Season: 28 days notice, refund of deposit less $30 admin fee.

Cancellations made less then the required notice - 
no refund where the unit cannot be let for the same period.

• Weekly service (based on an 8 night stay) included in Tariff

• All Tariffs quoted are current at the time and are subject to alteration without notice
